About The Instructor
Tally Rasmussen is the Vice President, Fraud Manager for Frandsen Bank & Trust. Frandsen Bank & Trust is a 3-billion-dollar asset-size community bank with 39 locations in Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin. She has 23 years of banking background and uniquely has been with Frandsen Bank for the full 23 years. She has had many positions within the bank including teller, operations, electronic banking and within the last 10 years she has helped develop and build out the current Fraud/Risk department. She is an Accredited ACH Professional, a Certified BSA/AML Professional and an Accredited Payment Risk Professional.
