Emergency Communications
How to stay informed
Ely Public Schools uses JMC to call, text, and email families, notifying them of important information. By providing us with a cell phone number during the registration process, you consent to receive text messages and automated phone calls from us on your device. These communications are crucial in the event of an emergency.
Text and data charges may apply per your cell phone provider’s plan. You may opt out of text messaging by replying “stop” to any of our text messages. To opt out of phone calls, contact the district office at 218-365-6166 ext. 2.
See Something, Say Something
The Ely Public School District is committed to making all of our students, parents/guardians, and staff feel comfortable coming forward if they know something or believe someone is troubled or acting in a way that seems unsafe or unhealthy. If you overhear something, notice strange behaviors, or see a concerning post on social media - please speak up!
Please fill out and submit the form below to voice any concerns. The information submitted in this form will be reviewed and addressed according to our district policies. To report an imminent threat, call 911.
